The Enterprise Suite showcases the bold and unabashed character of the Art Deco era. Named after The Enterprise Hall, which operated on the adjoining site from 1913, it’s also our largest studio apartment, with a king-size bed and Sheridan linen, a full kitchen, lounge and dining, as well as a study nook and room for a trundle or porta cot if you’re travelling with little ones. The Enterprise Suite mixes deco flourishes with an intense colour scheme (if you’re looking for beige, this one isn’t for you!). This Leeton apartment is personality plus, so bust out your glad rags and soak up the atmosphere!

  • Rest up in a generous king-size bed, with a super comfy pillow top, 500 thread count Sheridan sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets.

  • Cook up a storm in a full kitchen, including wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine (as well as everything else you’d expect from cutlery to cocktail glasses!).

  • Get ready for a night on the town in a modern deco bathroom, with Sheridan bath towels and quality body products (shower only, no bath).

  • Kick back and relax on the deco lounge, at the four-seater dining table or stay in bed and watch all your favourites on the Smart TV.

  • Write a book, join a Zoom meeting or run your business from Enterprise’s study nook, utilising Renown’s free Wi-Fi.

It’s the perfect way to surprise a loved one with a unique Leeton apartment experience — whether it’s for an anniversary, birthday or simply a special getaway. You’ll receive a voucher to download and share after purchasing.

  • Our gift vouchers can be used for any available date, including weekends. However, if you choose to stay during high-demand periods such as Easter, Christmas or the Australian Art Deco Festival, additional fees may apply due to increased seasonal rates.

  • Our apartments are primarily designed for short stays, but we are happy to accommodate longer visits where possible. If you’re looking for an extended stay at a Leeton apartment, reach out to discuss your requirements and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • Yes, children are welcome! The Enterprise Suite is particularly well-suited for families, as it has space for a trundle bed or porta cot. If you're travelling with little ones, let us know in advance and we'll help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Rooms of Renown.

  • No, Rooms of Renown is a strictly non-smoking property. This includes all indoor spaces and shared areas. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our boutique Leeton apartments fresh and comfortable.

  • As the building is considered a heritage area, some spaces may not be easily accessible for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can accommodate you.
